how it works
I am so excited that you are interested in working together! After your inquiry and initial communication, I will email over my Wedding Stationery Questionnaire to gather important details about your wedding and invitations. Next we will set up a complimentary design consultation so we can get to know each other and I can learn more about you, your wedding and your vision. We can do this in person through video.
I will send you a proposal detailing the products, pricing and timelines. I planned my own wedding in 2018 and understand the expenses that come with one, so I will always work with you to ensure that we stay within your budget. If you like what you see and would like to proceed, I will collect a 50% deposit to begin the design process.
Let the fun begin! We will meet (or facetime) and will look at paper swatches, invitation samples and styles, font styles, color palettes, embellishments, and more. We will also go over design styles and all the inserts you may need.
When the invitation and insert designs are finalized and you have approved the invitation order, I require the remainder of the payment to move the order into production. You are responsible for ensuring that the colors, wording, details, and quantities of your order are accurate, as changes cannot be made once the order moves into production. If you have chosen to do guest addressing, I will need your guest address list at this time.
Production takes about 2-3 weeks from the approval date. Assembly (if you elect to have it done) will take about a week. Once your invitation suites are ready and/or assembled, I can either ship them to you for you to stamp, stuff and mail out. I can also stamp, stuff and mail them out as an additional service.
I will set up a private Pinterest Board so you can pin ideas and examples of your vision. As I begin the design process, I send my Wedding Details Questionnaire to collect information needed for the invite and inserts. I will email you a digital proof of the invitation for your review. I want you to absolutely love the finished product, so we can make as many revisions as needed.

If you are having a local wedding, I recommend mailing Save the Dates out 6-8 months prior to your wedding. If you are having a destination wedding, I recommend sending out Save the Dates 10-12 months prior to your wedding. This will allow ample time for your guest to make travel arrangements. I like to start the design process about a month and a half before mailing them out.
I like to start the invitation process about 6 months prior to your wedding date. If you are having a destination wedding, I like to start around 8 months.
If you are having a local wedding, I recommend mailing invitation 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. If you are having a destination wedding, I recommend mailing invitations 10-12 weeks prior to your wedding. This will allow ample time for your guest to make travel arrangements.
A typical invitation suite consists of an invitation, a details/accommodations card, an rsvp card, an addressed rsvp envelope, and an addressed outer envelope. There are items you can add to your suite such as invitation backings or pockets, envelope addressing, wax seals, envelope liners, custom inserts, etc.
There are many factors that contribute to the cost of your invitations, such as quantity, printing method, paper, inserts quantity, and add-ons. Every invitation suite is custom designed and unique to the couple, but on average, each suite ranges between $8-$15.
Yes! If you are local, I will have all my paper samples and invitation samples with me for you to look at and feel when we meet for our consultation. If you are not in the area, I can mail you an invitation sample kit.
Absolutely! I am happy to mail these out for you for an additional cost.
I love being able to incorporate your invitation design into your day-of stationery. This can include menus, programs, table numbers, escort cards, signage, labels, tags, etc. I like to start this process about two months prior to your wedding date.
Now that we have all paper related items out of the way, I can also provide custom hand-lettered signs, custom favors such as koozies, and much more! Just let me know what you are interested in :)

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Rosie for my wedding invitations. Rosie made the entire process from start to finish seamless. I was overwhelmed at first because of all the options, but Rosie's love and passion for her work made everything so much fun! We started with a consultation and exchanged our ideas back and forth via extremely timely email correspondence. Finally we met for drinks to review the details and within a week I received my first and what turned out to be my final proof. She did such an incredible job on our Monogram Logo it ended up being the theme of our wedding. We used the logo she created on water bottles, koozies, thank you letters, napkin holders...essentially anything that I could brand. Rosie's customer service was exceptional and her talent is truly unmatched in this industry! Thank you Rosie!"
"What would I do without Rosie’s help! Not only is she so creative and does beautiful work, she is so helpful and willing to work with you to get you exactly what you want. I used Rosie for all my wedding stationary and recently used her to create the invites and other pieces for a bridal shower I hosted. The amount of complements that I received was crazy! Can’t thank Rosie enough for all her help making my wedding and my friends bridal shower beautiful! Looking forward to the next time I need to use Rosie for her designs!"
I’m so thankful to have met Rosie, and even more thankful for her creativity and genius! She took a simple conversation about what I wanted for my brand and created the most beautiful logos and branding package. It was exactly what I wanted and she was so helpful through the whole process.
